AnswerIf you forget your password, simply click on the “Forgotten Password” button on the log in screen within ‘My Account’ and you will receive an e-mail re-setting your password to a new one.

AnswerTo view your order history online, you need to have been logged in to your account when placing your order. If you were, log on to My Account and view your order history.

AnswerOur Customer service team is here to help out as quickly as possible if there is a problem with your order.

Telephone calls and emails will be answered during our office hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Question How do I place an order for JewelleryForAll?
AnswerWhen you’ve found the items you want to buy, select the material and size (if required) and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. This will automatically put the item in your CART. You can see how many items are in your cart and edit them at any time by going to the cart icon in the top right hand corner. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping cart, click ‘CHECKOUT’ button to complete your order.

Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered on with the details of your order. If you do not receive this we advice to first, check your junk mail and if its not there then email us on admin@jewelleryforall.com to request your confirmation to be confirmed and resent.
